I'll tell you what kind of gardener I am:
We've now got a pretty dusting of snow that looks like it's going to stick around for awhile, a few more days at least. Did I ever dig up those gladiolus bulbs that have to be brought in for the winter (the very same ones that I planted upside down so only one actually flowered)? No, no I didn't.
Not only that, we didn't even touch a rake this year. We just waited for all the leaves to blow away in that series of windstorms we had. Can you imagine the number of leaves a tree this big drops? It turns out we're those neighbours.
